Sovereign by
design.

DXQ builds and governs the computational infrastructure on which national and institutional decisions depend: compute, energy, power and autonomous systems, made and delivered as one estate.

Eight halls. One campus.

Compute, energy, power and autonomous systems are designed, manufactured and governed together, from a device you can carry to a campus that powers a nation. Each hall of the planned Dubai campus builds one family.

Sovereign compute estate

Personal to transportable

Enclosure fabrication and integration

Server integration and acceptance

Cells to containers

Generation, conversion, distribution

Unarmed autonomous aircraft

Sovereign autonomous vehicles

Concept visualisations. Every family is released only as engineering, supply, funding, homologation and regulatory gates are passed.

Intelligence, given form.

Four original production intent vehicles for Dubai and the United States, designed as one sovereign mobility platform: HyperQ in the vehicle, HYPERCUBE at the depot and campus, one DXQ operating system across both countries.

One family, two voltage classes, one software core.

Common modules concentrate investment while each top hat keeps its own crash, aero and homologation programme. 400 V keeps NUR cost and mass under control; 800 V silicon carbide serves RIHLA, AERON and MAJLIS and carries the first industrial learning curve.

H1 NUR
400 V, 55 kWh LFP, 380 to 410 km WLTP target, 160 kW DC peak target
H2 RIHLA
800 V, 78 or 92 kWh, 500 or 600 km WLTP target, 320 to 400 kW DC peak target
H3 AERON
800 V, 90 or 105 kWh, 610 or 700 km WLTP target, 420 to 480 kW DC peak target

Engineering targets, subject to validation. WLTP targets are not directly comparable with CLTC or EPA; charge targets assume a capable charger and a conditioned battery.

Autonomy begins with redundancy.

Two HyperQ compute domains, an independent minimum risk controller with reserved safety power, redundant braking, steering and networking, signed A/B software with rollback. The safety controller owns the vehicle envelope; no cabin, application or connectivity fault can command steering or braking.

Consumer vehicles launch with supervised driving assistance. Geofenced fleet autonomy scales only inside an approved operating domain, with HyperQ remote assistance and depot controls as part of the system.

From the desert to the skyline. From the skyline to sovereign intelligence.

The Emirates moved from deserts and camels to Burj Khalifa in a single lifetime. DXQ builds the next chapter: the computational infrastructure a nation owns, controls and can account for.
