Robotic grading sorts and matches cells so every module is built from proven, balanced chemistry.

Module assembly

Busbars, welds and sensing, placed by hand where hands are best. The module is where energy becomes engineering.

Pack and thermal integration

Cooling plates and thermal interfaces are married to the pack so performance holds under real heat.

The safety validation lab

Packs face environmental chambers and abuse testing long before they face a customer.

Rack integration

Qualified packs are built into racks in a dedicated hall: cabled, checked and readied for containment.

Containerised storage

Racks, cooling, fire suppression and controls come together inside the shell as one deliverable product, ready to stand beside the compute it supports.

Safety qualification

Thermal, electrical and fire safety are qualified in a purpose built hall with its own control room.
